The Annual Iron Broo Christmas Ceilidh
A fantastic Ceilidh open to the public. All dances will be called, no experience necessary, friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Take
two Aberdonians, a Dumbartonian and a Hungarian, what have you got? One
of the North East's finest Ceilidh bands Iron Broo who are back at the
Culter Club for another Iron Broo Christmas Ceilidh.
This year on Saturday the 19th of December for another Reindeer
reeling evening full of festive frolics. No experience is necessary for
dancing as the bands experienced caller will guide the dancers and
prancers through all the steps before take off. Iron Broo will also be
joined by last years special guest Ballroom DJ disk spinner GENO G.

At the Forum - Aberdeen
Charity ceilidh at the Forum, Skene Terrace Aberdeen, opposite the City library. Saturday 14th March 2009, doors open 7pm - midnight. Tickets cost £15 inc. stovies. There are 350 tickets available. Raising funds for CLAN under climb for CLAN Everest 2009. Which aims to raise £50,000 through a series of fundraisiers. This being the last one before Allan Thomas goes off to climb Everest in April/May.

The Mad Friday Christmas Ceilidh 2008
Christmas Ceilidh at the Culter Mill Sports and Recreation Club, Peterculter, Aberdeen.

After the sucess of last years Mad Friday Ceilidh, this year is sure to be a stotter.There will be a special M&S Hamper raffle. ( this is no ordinary hamper...)
And a special guest appearance by DJ GENO G of Culter Club Dance fame, and Legend in the Nigg House Music Scene.
Iron Broo will be starting the Ceilidh from around 8pm till Midnight.
Families, Friends, Parties, All are welcome.

Aberdeen Music Hall Ceilidh

Take two Aberdonians, a Dumartonian and a Hungarian, what have you got? One of the North-East’s favourite Ceilidh bands, Iron Broo, who are back at the Music Hall for another Full Monty Ceilidh night after playing at Ceilidhs and weddings up and down the country. playing at a charity Ceilidh and Stovie night run by the Aberdeen Paras
Association. It will be held at the Northern Hotel, Aberdeen on

"The James Green Skydive* was a great day, he did us proud and raised some £4500 for Erskine!" - Bob Crocker. Aberdeen Paras Association.
* 81 year old battle of Arnhem veteran James Green made a charity fundraising tandem parachute jump with the Parachute Regiments world famous freefall display team the Red Devils on the 7th July at Kingsmuir Airfield St Andrews Fife.
Mr
Green last parachuted in 1960 with the 15 Para TA unit B company from
800 ft, James made his tandem jump from 13000 ft to raise funds for the
Aberdeen Paras and Erskine, Erskine care for ex-service men and women
throughout Scotland, Aberdeen, Inverness and currently have 21 former
service men and woman in care at Fairview nursing home at Danestone in
Aberdeen.

T In The Park - UK's Best Music Festival 2005 (as voted by YOU in the UK Festival Awards 2005)
Iron Broo are once again performing in the famous Ceilidh Tent at "T in the Park", Balado by Kinross on sunday the 9th of July 2006, from 3pm till 5pm. If you are one of the lucky people to have tickets for the event, come in and Ceilidh if you think you can handle it!
Iron Broo in Spain
Iron Broo have recently completed a small tour of Spain in the Alicante region, and a great time was had by all. Spanish food and wine is excellent, and after returning to a cold snowy Scotland the band were reminded of this fact whilst stopping at a road-side chipper on the way to a gig in Elgin last Saturday.
